The origins of your complaints
You can only work on solving your complaints until you know what is causing them. Therefore, in our first conversation, we make a timeline of your life experiences and symptoms. When and how did the symptoms arise? And most importantly, why were they created?
During our second consultation, you will receive personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice. This advice is very easy to apply in your daily life; you can start immediately and it is easy to stick to. Think of exercises you can do during work, or healthy meals to put in your in your lunch box.
If you need more intensive support, we will make a follow-up plan. And for complex complaints, we are happy to draw up a personal treatment plan for you. We guide you towards your optimal condition, both mentally and physically.
You can choose face-to-face in one of my practices or online counselling (see also blog online programmes), depending on your preference and after consultation.
