Our lifestyle advice is based on kPNI, which stands for clinical psych- neuro- immunology. This is a new scientific discipline bringing together psychology, sociology, neurology, endocrinology and immunology.  

Why do we get sick? This is due to complex interactions between our biological systems, our genes & epigenes and factors from our environment. kPNI maps these interactions. This reveals which factors make us ill, or healthy. Guidelines for a healthy lifestyle with the right nutrients and interventions follow from this. With these, we draw up a personal programme for you.

Healthy lifestyle programmes

In all our programmes, we first explain how the complex interactions in our bodies affect our health. This shows you how you can improve the processes in your body improve. For example through nutrition, exercise, lifestyle improvement or eating frequency. 

You can us an individual programme or a group programme. A group inspires, stimulates and strengthens. You can give each other tips, support each other in difficult moments and share knowledge. The social aspect of a group programme contributes to a positive outcome.

Oour programmes

Intermitted living

During two group sessions, you will learn all about a healthy lifestyle. Also you will learn how to apply this directly in your daily life. We start the first meeting on a sober stomach. You get an explanation of all the complex interactions in your body. This is followed by an extensive tasting in which you experience the positive effects of food on your body. Afterwards, we discuss what you can do to immediately apply the knowledge you have gained in your daily life.

The second session focuses on the active/sports component of a healthy lifestyle. Between the two sessions, we will keep in touch by e-mail to reinforce. There is a special intermittent living programme For team partnerships, applicable to work teams, sports teams, family and relatives.

Anti-smoking

Are you dependent on smoking and would like to get rid of it? Then our anti-smoking programme is for you. This is an individual programme of three sessions. Using acupuncture and other methods, we reduce your urge to smoke.

Personal coaching route

Do you feel limited in your work, or in your relationships? Do you feel that you can get more out of yourself? That you could be happier than you are now? Do you often feel insecure? Maybe you are hindered by your own beliefs. FlexHealth helps you find the cause of your feelings of constriction. And when you know the cause, you can also work on the solution.
