What is your intention regarding your health?

I myself want to grow old fit, keep my "healthspan" in sync with my "lifespan" and for this I make conscious choices. Choices concerning nutrition, exercise, sleep rhythm, cognitive challenge, tension and relaxation. Choices that are fully scientifically based and woven into the Intermittent Living concept. 

Having applied this myself and in my practice with clients for years, I know from experience, that it brings such health benefits, that it has become my drive to make you aware of the optimal choices for your health and help you reach your goal.

Inspiring? At the beginning for sure. To start with, you have to let go of the collective mindset regarding our current food consumption and exercise poverty and open yourself up to new experiences to feel the results after a few weeks/months. Once you are there, you will find that the benefits are so much more, than the effort it takes, that you will never want anything else. Benefits: physical and mental flexibility, optimal immune system, vitality, good sleep, better performance ability, focus, feeling of happiness, love, freedom.

Difficult? No. But for behavioural change, you need knowledge and this knowledge I would like to give you. Whether your intention is from disease recovery, healthy longevity, weight loss, gaining strength or more energy, I will help you achieve your goal and by sharing knowledge with you inspire you. It is a profound lifestyle change that will change your health once and for all.  

The beauty of this is that it also makes you an inspiration to those around you. Health you pass on! This is my life's goal.
