After 3 years with FlexHealth, I want to take a moment to look back and reflect on the job satisfaction it gives me to see people regain their power and shine. Where do I stand and what am I going for?

FlexHealth stands for getting fit, being fit, staying fit

My mission: Preventively and curatively help people achieve and maintain optimal health for long-term fit "life spam", so that "Health" and "Life" spam are equal. 

Health is more than just absence of disease. It is flexibility. Being able to cope/process a mental and/or physical change. Our flight fight mechanism has traditionally been trained to give the right response in acute situations. You do need to maintain this with lifestyle, because unfortunately, here too, "if you don't use it, you lose it" applies, giving chronic symptoms the chance to degenerate us at an accelerated rate to chronic disease.

Now, you're probably wondering, is this process changeable? Let me tell you. It is not only preventable, but reversible. How? I am happy to explain that to you, from your personal situation and with personalised advice.
