Zoals je weet, is ons geestelijk welzijn ook uiterst belangrijk voor onze algehele gezondheid. Het helpt ons preventief, beschermend en curatief. Ook al denkt je, dat je klachten alleen lichamelijk zijn, is je mentale veerkracht van betekenis bij je herstel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution-focus brief therapy = Oplossingsgerichte therapie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SFBT is een toekomstgerichte en doelgerichte gesprekstechniek die cli\u00ebnten helpt bij het \u201cbouwen van oplossingen\u201d. Het geeft een duidelijk inzicht in de successen en mindere momenten uit het verleden om zich te richten op de sterke punten en veerkracht van de cli\u00ebnten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SFBT-beoefenaars gebruiken vaardigheden om een \u200b\u200bdiscussie over oplossingen op gang te brengen, ook wel &#8216;solution talk&#8217; genoemd, wat heel anders is dan &#8216;problem talk&#8217;. In SFBT zijn de vragen zelf de interventie.&nbsp;De vragen zijn zo, dat de cli\u00ebnt gaat nadenken over veranderingen in zijn of haar mindset en dat tegelijkertijd de negatieve gevoelens worden verminderd.&nbsp;SFBT-vragen helpen cli\u00ebnten oplossingsgericht na te denken over hun situatie. Ze hechten een nieuwe betekenis aan hun ervaringen en zien veranderingspotentieel waar ze het misschien nog niet eerder hadden opgemerkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SFBT is zeer toepasbaar in vele situaties, omdat het de cli\u00ebnten helpt om op maat gemaakte interventies voor zichzelf te cre\u00ebren. Hierdoor sluiten de SFBT interventies perfect aan bij de manier van begrijpen en handelen van de cli\u00ebnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SFBT is ontworpen om mensen te helpen hun leven zo snel mogelijk te veranderen. Verandering is effici\u00ebnt en effectief in minder dan zes sessies en kan in ongeveer twee sessies al werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SFBT werkt goed met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chronisch zieke pati\u00ebnten, betreft een groot aantal medische diagnoses.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SOLK pati\u00ebnten<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Familieleden van pati\u00ebnten met ernstige ziekten.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Onduidelijk levensdoel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kinderen, adolescenten, studenten, stellen, ouders, gezinnen en vele gezin gerelateerde situaties.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mensen die een trauma hebben meegemaakt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pati\u00ebnten met eetstoornissen, obesitas, verlies van eigenwaarde, depressie, angst<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verslavingsrevalidatie<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Onderwijs en zakelijke instellingen, inclusief coaching en counseling.<\/li><\/ul>",
