FlexHealth is een corporate health consultancy dat zich richt op de psychische en lichamelijke gezondheid van de werknemers binnen bedrijven. Hierin heeft het een unieke tweeledige focus: aan de ene kant bieden wij een traject voor high performing professionals, denk hierbij aan werknemers in managementposities en mensen die onder flinke druk staan om consistent hoge targets te behalen. Aan de andere kant bieden wij ook een traject voor de algemene gezondheid van de werknemers. Dit traject co-cre\u00ebren wij samen met de klant zodat wij de meest toepasbare oplossing kunnen bieden. Met deze duale aanpak zorgen we ervoor dat wij een geheel gezondheidsbewuste organisatie cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Het is onze doel om een betere werk \u2013 leven balans te bewerk stellen op de corporate werkvloer. Dit doen we doormiddel van preventieve en therapeutische zorg, verankert in het wetenschappelijk vakgebied van kPNI-E-S. Immers een actief en succesvol leven begint bij een gezonde geest in een gezond lichaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Onze methode \u2013 kPNI-E-S<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Het is een mond vol, maar dat komt doordat het vijf bestaande wetenschappen integreert in \u00e9\u00e9n holistische aanpak. Deze aanpak valt onder de noemer Functional Medicine -leefstijlgeneeskunde toepasbaar in het dagelijks leven – met als basis de gedachte dat een actief en succesvol leven begint bij een gezonde geest in een gezond lichaam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De aanpak van kPNI-E-S om deze duale gezondheid te bereiken is hierin uniek omdat het als praktische, integratieve wetenschap meer dan de som van zijn onderliggende specialisaties is. De biologie heeft daar een mooi woord voor: emergentie. Op elk hoger niveau van het systeem komen er eigenschappen bij die alleen te verklaren zijn vanuit complexe interacties op de niveaus daaronder. Zo zijn organen meer dan de som van hun weefsels en is de mens meer dan de som van zijn organen. kPNI-E-S brengt dus psychologie, sociologie, neurologie, immunologie, endocrinologie en evolutie biologie allemaal samen. Hierin werken we met werkingsmechanismen metamodellen als structurerend principe. Deze denkmiddelen stellen je in staat oorzaken en symptomen in een logische tijdsvolgorde te plaatsen.
