Mais je ne crois pas \u00e0 une solution unique dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9, car chaque personne est unique avec ses souhaits ou ses plaintes, c.q. son \u00e9tat. C'est pourquoi ces programmes ne sont pas devenus des webinaires pour plusieurs personnes \u00e0 la fois, mais des sessions individuelles au cours desquelles je vous guide personnellement et attentivement en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez vous inscrire aux programmes en ligne suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nutrition : un plan personnalis\u00e9 dans lequel je vous guide en 1 mois vers le r\u00e9gime qui vous convient le mieux pour plus d'\u00e9nergie et le bon poids corporel.<\/li><li>Formation \u00e0 la vie intermittente de 5 semaines.<\/li><li>5 sessions : le mode de vie en tant que m\u00e9decine : pr\u00e9ventive, protectrice et r\u00e9paratrice.<\/li><li>6 s\u00e9ances : pour la pr\u00e9m\u00e9nopause et les sympt\u00f4mes de la m\u00e9nopause.\u00a0<\/li><li>6 s\u00e9ances : les sympt\u00f4mes du pr\u00e9diab\u00e8te sont r\u00e9versibles.<\/li><li>6 sessions : diab\u00e8te de type 2 et mode de vie.<\/li><li>6 sessions : cholest\u00e9rol et mode de vie.<\/li><li>6 s\u00e9ances : hypertension art\u00e9rielle et mode de vie.<\/li><li>6 s\u00e9ances : cerveau. Si vous souffrez de sautes d'humeur, de probl\u00e8mes de m\u00e9moire, de concentration ou de sommeil, cette s\u00e9rie vous conviendra en s'adaptant \u00e0 votre plainte.<\/li><li>5 s\u00e9ances : plaintes intestinales.<\/li><li>6 s\u00e9ances : plaintes thyro\u00efdiennes.<\/li><li>6 s\u00e9ances : stress et syst\u00e8me immunitaire, inflammation.<\/li><li>Pour l'infection Covid-19, pour les sympt\u00f4mes r\u00e9siduels Covid-19 et pour la Civid pulmonaire, un cours de conseil personnalis\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les conseils re\u00e7us lors d'une s\u00e9ance vous sont \u00e9galement envoy\u00e9s par e-mail, afin que vous puissiez les relire et les travailler.
