Il s'agit d'une obligation l\u00e9gale impos\u00e9e par la loi sur l'accord de traitement m\u00e9dical (WGBO). Votre dossier contient vos donn\u00e9es personnelles, des notes sur votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et le d\u00e9tail des examens et des traitements effectu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dossier contient \u00e9galement des donn\u00e9es qui sont ou peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires ou importantes pour vos consultations, par exemple votre domicile et votre lieu de travail, vos loisirs, votre situation familiale\/civile. Ou des donn\u00e9es demand\u00e9es \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin traitant ou \u00e0 un autre prestataire de soins de sant\u00e9 apr\u00e8s votre consentement explicite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre praticien fera de son mieux pour garantir le respect de votre vie priv\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (RGPD) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>en traitant vos donn\u00e9es personnelles et m\u00e9dicales avec soin<\/li><li>et en veillant \u00e0 ce que les personnes non autoris\u00e9es ne puissent pas acc\u00e9der \u00e0 vos donn\u00e9es.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Des dispositions sont prises \u00e0 ce sujet avec les coll\u00e8gues, par exemple s'ils participent au processus de coaching avec votre autorisation, et des mesures sont prises pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre praticien est li\u00e9 par le r\u00e8glement sur la protection de la vie priv\u00e9e de l'Association n\u00e9erlandaise d'acupuncture (NVA).
