FlexHealth est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil en sant\u00e9 d'entreprise qui se concentre sur la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique des employ\u00e9s dans les entreprises. Dans ce cadre, elle a une double approche unique : d'une part, nous proposons un programme pour les professionnels hautement performants, pensez ici aux employ\u00e9s occupant des postes de direction et aux personnes qui subissent une pression consid\u00e9rable pour atteindre constamment des objectifs \u00e9lev\u00e9s. D'autre part, nous proposons \u00e9galement un programme pour la sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des employ\u00e9s. Nous co-cr\u00e9ons ce programme avec le client afin de proposer la solution la plus applicable. Notre objectif est de parvenir \u00e0 un meilleur \u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle-vie priv\u00e9e sur le lieu de travail d'entreprise. C'est beaucoup dire, mais c'est parce qu'elle int\u00e8gre cinq sciences existantes dans une approche holistique. Cette approche rel\u00e8ve de la m\u00e9decine fonctionnelle \u2013 m\u00e9decine du mode de vie applicable au quotidien \u2013 avec l'id\u00e9e que mener une vie active et r\u00e9ussie commence par un esprit sain dans un corps sain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'approche de la kPNI-E-S pour atteindre cette double sant\u00e9 est unique en ce sens qu'en tant que science pratique et int\u00e9grative, elle est plus que la somme de ses sp\u00e9cialisations sous-jacentes. La biologie a un beau mot pour cela : l'\u00e9mergence. \u00c0 chaque niveau sup\u00e9rieur du syst\u00e8me, des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s apparaissent qui ne peuvent \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9es que par des interactions complexes aux niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs. Ainsi, les organes sont plus que la somme de leurs tissus et l'homme est plus que la somme de ses organes. La kPNI-E-S r\u00e9unit donc la psychologie, la sociologie, la neurologie, l'immunologie, l'endocrinologie et la biologie de l'\u00e9volution. Nous travaillons ici avec des m\u00e9ta-mod\u00e8les de m\u00e9canismes d'action comme principe structurant. Ces outils de pens\u00e9e vous permettent de placer les causes et les sympt\u00f4mes dans un ordre chronologique logique.
