Il s'agit d'une nouvelle discipline scientifique qui regroupe la psychologie, la sociologie, la neurologie, l'endocrinologie et l'immunologie.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi tombons-nous malades ? Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 des interactions complexes entre nos syst\u00e8mes biologiques, nos g\u00e8nes et \u00e9pig\u00e8nes, et des facteurs de notre environnement. La kPNI cartographie ces interactions. Ainsi, il devient visible quels facteurs nous rendent malades, ou au contraire, en bonne sant\u00e9. Cela conduit \u00e0 des directives pour un mode de vie sain avec les bons nutriments et interventions. Sur cette base, nous \u00e9laborons un programme personnalis\u00e9 pour vous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Programmes pour un mode de vie sain<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans tous nos programmes, nous expliquons d'abord comment les interactions complexes de notre corps influencent notre sant\u00e9. Ainsi, vous verrez comment vous pouvez am\u00e9liorer les processus de votre corps. Par exemple, par l'alimentation, l'exercice, l'am\u00e9lioration du mode de vie ou la fr\u00e9quence des repas.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez suivre un programme individuel ou un programme de groupe chez nous. Un groupe inspire, stimule et renforce. Vous pouvez vous donner des conseils, vous soutenir mutuellement dans les moments difficiles et partager vos connaissances. L'aspect social d'un programme de groupe contribue \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O<strong>programmes nzeris<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vivre en intermittence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de deux s\u00e9ances de groupe, vous apprendrez tout sur un mode de vie sain. Vous apprendrez \u00e9galement comment l'appliquer directement dans votre vie quotidienne. Nous commencerons la premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance \u00e0 jeun. Vous recevrez une explication de toutes les interactions complexes de votre corps. Ensuite, il y aura une d\u00e9gustation approfondie au cours de laquelle vous exp\u00e9rimenterez les effets positifs de la nourriture sur votre corps. Ensuite, nous discuterons de tout ce que vous pouvez faire pour appliquer les connaissances acquises directement dans votre vie quotidienne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me session se concentre sur la partie active\/sportive d'un mode de vie sain. Entre les deux sessions, nous restons en contact par e-mail pour renforcer l'accompagnement.
